After Colour Finishing
All colours come with a basic dry. If you require additional styling or a blow-wave, you can book this at a cost of $40 with an apprentice, or $57 with a stylist. Make sure to advise reception of this at the time of booking to make sure that we can accommodate your request.
Prices may vary based on the length and thickness of your hair and the application time needed to achieve the result you want. If extra colour is required for long or thick hair it will be charged at a cost of $10 per 10 grams of colour used. Toners are charged separately from a cost of $43 if required.
We understand that life gets busy and things come up unexpectedly. Our stylists are booked up and have a limited number of appointments available each week.
If you do have to cancel/reschedule your appointment we would appreciate as much notice as possible (at least 48 hrs notice) to allow time for another client.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice on more than one occasion, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit to book any future appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your service bill.
New clients or online bookings who have paid a deposit and cancel their appointment within 48 hours forfeit their deposit.
If you find that you are too busy to commit to future appointments and prefer not to pay a deposit, you can always just give us a call on the day and see if there are any spaces available.
If you are not satisfied with your cut or colour you must notify the salon no later than 7 days after your appointment. Your recut/colour appointment can be made after the 7 day period, but notification of dissatisfaction must be received within 7 days of your initial appointment. Recolour services are at the discretion of the stylist based on their assessment of your hair.
